First time running in over a week 🙈 I’m still not at the point where running is truly a habit or something that I feel like I *need* to do. My body feels pretty content lounging in bed eating chocolate and watching Sex and the City. That being said, I am #TrulyCommitted to leading a fit and healthy lifestyle for da rest of my life. It’s okay if a few days pass with no work out BUT there better be a REALLY good reason. That def wasn’t the case this past week.
